Scope of Warranty:
All Powerking Diesel Generator　standard motors are warranted against defects in Powerking Diesel Generator　workmanship and materials.

Warranty Period:
Most Powerking Diesel Generator　products are warranted for 12 months or 1500 hours using(whichever comes first) from the date of shipment to Powerking Diesel Generator ’s customer from Powerking Diesel Generator ’s district warehouse or, if applicable, from Powerking Diesel Generator ’s factory. All warranty claims must be submitted to a Powerking Diesel Generator　Service Center prior to the expiration of the warranty period.

Procedure to Receive Warranty Service:

Customers should take or ship prepaid the Powerking Diesel Generator product requiring warranty service to a Powerking Diesel Generator Authorized Service Center. Please include an explanation of the defect or problem, a description of the way in which the Powerking Diesel Generator product is used, and your name, address and telephone number.

Repairs or Replacement Within the Scope of the Warranty:
If a Powerking Diesel Generator　product is defective due to Powerking Diesel Generator　workmanship or materials and the defect occurs during the warranty period, then Powerking Diesel Generator　will either repair the product　with free if Powerking Diesel Generator’s service center be in user’s local area or estimate the defective　by Powerking Diesel Generator then replace with the new parts free if Powerking Diesel Generator’s service center be not in user’s local area. whichever Powerking Diesel Generator　believes to be appropriate under the circumstances. Powerking Diesel Generator　is not responsible for removal and shipping of the Powerking Diesel Generator　product to the service center, the reinstallation of the Powerking Diesel Generator　product upon its return to the customer, or any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the defect, removal, reinstallation, shipment or otherwise.

Repairs Outside the Scope of the Warranty:
Problems with Powerking Diesel Generator　products can be due to improper maintenance, faulty installation, non-Powerking Diesel Generator　additions or modifications, or other problems not due to defects in Powerking Diesel Generator　workmanship or materials. If the Powerking Diesel Generator　Authorized Service Center determines that the problem with a Powerking Diesel Generator　product is not due to defects in Powerking Diesel Generator　workmanship or materials, then the customer will be responsible for the cost of any necessary repairs. Customers not satisfied with a determination that a problem is outside of warranty coverage should contact the Powerking Diesel Generator　District Office for further consideration.

Intended Use:
Powerking Diesel Generator　products are designed for industrial, commercial agricultural, household and family use rather than personal use.

Extended Warranties:

No Other Warranties and Liability Limitation:

Powerking Diesel Generator ’s liability to a customer or any other person shall not exceed the Powerking Diesel Generator ’s sales price of the applicable Powerking Diesel Generator　product.
